Iphone 11 battery health issue

I bought an iphone 11 two months ago and within a month, my battery health drops to 99 percent and after a month again it drops to 97. Again in 6 days, i have noticed a percentage drop. Now its 96. I have diagnosed with apple support and they said it is normal. But i have friends of mine using the same iphone 11 heavily for more than 6 months and they haven't noticed any drop in battery health. Apple should consider this seriously! It affects me more because within two months, it has been dropped to 96 and iam worried about it! I tried all the diagnostics and apple support recommendations but none of them helped me on this issue!
