Iphone contacts not full backed up in icloud

My iphone contacts are not fully backed up in my icloud contacts ? Can someone help me ? Thank you.

If/when storing your contacts in iCloud, they are not considered a part of the backup as this is what iCloud backs up -- What does iCloud back up? - Apple Support. See if the following might help -- If your iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders won’t sync - Apple Support.
