Hi,
I have an Iphone 11 (my first iphone) and when I'm in a call and someone else is trying to reach me, they get the sign that I'm busy with another call. But I don't get a notification that someone else tried to reach me during another conversation therefore can't call them back.
What can I do to get a notification during a call if someone tried to call me?

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you’re having an issue with call waiting not working on your iPhone. Please go to Settings > Phone > Call Waiting and be sure the option is turned on (green). If you continue to have issues turning on call waiting, you’ll need to reach out to your cellular provider for additional assistance.
