Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you're unable to see missed calls properly on your iPhone. If so, we'd like to recommend some basic troubleshooting steps you can try. These steps might be able to help sort out this issue you're experiencing. First, try refreshing your device by restarting it. Then see if this unique issue continues to occur:

1.) Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2.) Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3.) To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.
If you continue to see that your missed calls are not showing up properly, consider updating your iOS version. Updates includes various fixes that could help with many issues. Just incase, this resource can guide you through the update process: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
