How do I send an iCloud link for others to access?

I prepared 2 videos on my IPhone. Had to send them to ICloud because of size of videos - one was 46.7 MG, the other was 27.8 MG.

How do I find them and how do I send them on to my recipients?

or what do I send to my recipients for them to access these videos???
