Flo app withdraw my money without my consent

hello

one months ago I downloaded app Flo: my woman calendar.

everything was alright until yesterday

so I’ve got a message about withdrawing from my card by Flo in amount of $49,99

It happened without my consent.

I've already sent them an email with my complaint (I attach a screenshot with a letter below

I want my money back, please help me to solve this situation, because I’m not the first one who had the same situation with this app
