You have to add the app from the App Store. Once you have the app installed then you have to log into your Netflix account. Please reference https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/tv/atvb8124f0a7/tvos for assistance on how to use the App store.

Finally if you want to move the Netflix or any other app follow the directions in https://support.apple.com/en-ie/guide/tv/atvbad14dc6a/tvos#:~:text=Using%20the%20Touch%20surface%20on,the%20top%20of%20the%20screen.
