Itunes Connect Failed Validation

I have had a podcast on Itunes for over a year and just in the last week, the podcast has been taken down due to an RSS feed error. The podcast host has validated the RSS feed, I've validated the RSS feed through Itunes own directions and have come up with a valid feed that work. I've tried multiple times to work with their service but it's all email and I can't get an asnwer from them. The feed is https://feeds.buzzsprout.com/1346167.rss.

Can anyone help? I have advertisers waiting on podcasts drop and the horrible service through Itunes connect is causing serious issues with my business.

Your top episode's media file URL is

https://www.buzzsprout.com/1346167/5439211-our-ayahuasca-journey-in-peru-with-janna-breslin-evan-demarco.mp3?blob_id=22102558

Strictly the URL needs to end with the extension - .mp3 - though this seeminly hasn't caused a rejection of the initial validation. These scripting extensions have been known to cause problems.

However the check which you've failed is really to look. at the content. It seems unlikely that you've included strong or sexual language; but they may be concerned that your opening music has come from a copyrighted source suich as a published CD: this is not allowed. if in fact you own the rights to this music you should place a note to that effect in the initial description.

Thanks Roger, as you pointed out, technically it's ok. I just got this email from Itunes. Once again, I can't get any infomration on what the issue is.

Dear Podcast Provider,

An error was encountered while trying to add your feed, [ https://feeds.buzzsprout.com/1346167.rss ].

Please correct the error and submit your feed again. For additional information, please consult the podcast FAQ at http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/faq.html and technical specification at http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/techspecs.html.

Thank you Roger. I updated the license information for our licensed music in the description but that didn't seem to have any impact. Sadly, the customer service at Itunes is sub par at best. I've received 4 emails all asking me to do the same thing to validate and submit. My analogy is liking the Doctor telling you that you're sick and you should go home and figure it out on your own.

In your experience, is there anyway to escalate this beyond the em,ail based service?
