Issues after 13.7 update

I have had issues since updating to 13.7

video in WhatsApp downloads but doesn’t play
sound in video in Facebook doesn’t work
My alarm clock goes off an hour late, even though the time is correct on my phone and I-watch and the alarm is set correctly - it’s as if the alarm doesn’t pick up summer time
I can’t take videos it shows for a few seconds, but then goes all blurry
Email blanks out when writing email, have to restart app.

I have over 20GB free still. So it’s not memory. Anyone else having so many issues!?

We understand you're experiencing some issues with apps not working as expected, and the alarm not going off correctly, and we'd like to see if we can assist.

In regards to issues with the apps not playing videos, not sending emails, and videos going blurry, check out this resource: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open

For the alarm issue, is your time set automatically on the iPhone?

If so, try setting it manually, and check if the issue persists.
