If it doesn't help, contact Apple support or make Genius Bar reservation if your neighborhood retail Apple Store is open or find opened Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro.

Try booting into Safe Mode.
Does an external USB keyboard and mouse work? If so, then you most likely have a hardware issue with the laptop that will need to be repaired.
You don't say which of the many MacBook pro sub-models you have, but see if this Apple recall program applies:
