MacBook Pro Keyboard

On MacBook Pro, the keyboard and trackpad do not register at all - no lightup, no response on computer. The bar across the top of the keyboard is lit and works normally.

Resetting SMC could solve the issue.

If it doesn't help, contact Apple support or make Genius Bar reservation if your neighborhood retail Apple Store is open or find opened Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro.
