Apple Watch: Nike Run Club voice updates in bluetooth headphones

I use the Apple Watch for my runs. I start the run by using the Nike Run Club app from the watch. I have bluetooth earphones connected to my phone and watch. I want to get notifications/voice updates [@ 1 mile mark, etc.] from my headphones. However, the updates come from my watch itself. Anyone know of a way to do this?

Thanks in advance!

Hi sm_9,

Thank you for posting here in Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're wanting the audio feedback for your Nike Run Club app to route through your Bluetooth earphones, and not through your Apple Watch. Are all other notifications and audio being played through your Apple Watch as well, or do they route through your Bluetooth earphones as they're expected to? If the latter, we'd recommend that you check the audio settings for the Nike Run Club app. For more information, please check out: How Do I Change my Nike Run Club Settings?

For additional support, we'd recommend that you reach out to the Nike Run Club app Support team. Their contact information can be found on that same resource.

Take care!
