what do I do when my purchase can't be completed?

I couldn't add money to my apple ID balance. it says to contact the iTunes Store Support to complete this transaction. what should I do?

What happens when you play an item in iTunes? Does it play? Your account may be locked.

Contact Apple Support:

Have you contact Apple Support? If not, please do.


Perhaps your account has been locked?

Open iTunes, and see if you are able to play something. If so, that would be another reason to contact Apple Support.

Possible Reasons Why Apple Accounts Get Locked:

  • Too many unsuccessful login attempts
  • VPN (Virtual Private Network) usage
  • Consistent transactions
  • Session Times Out
  • Disobeying Terms & Conditions
