After many years I now cannot send messages to my daughter. Error Messages says: (Phone number) is not registered with iMessage. She does not use and iPhone. How do I fix this?

She needs an iPhone: Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime - Apple Support
If she does not have an iPhone, then you can not send an iMessage to her phone number.
Why can I send a text from my iPhone to the same number using iMessages?
