my ipad is disabled
my ipad is disabled and there is a problem in my itunes so i cant restore my ipad through itunes and tried all the methods written in apple support website but failed

Perhaps you're not using the correct gestures when you connect your iPad to a computer:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled
If your iTunes is not up to date, update it.
If you can't, borrow a computer from your friends, or ask for help at an Apple Store or AASP.
