Not able to sync library with apple music

theres a problem when trying to sync your music library to your Icloud and whenever i press it from the music app it doesnt load or nothing happens and then when you go into settings and press sync library it turns on but when you go out of it and then back in it turns off straight away and wont let me sync, which means i cant add music to my library or playlist please help thanks

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you're having an issue turning on the option to Sync Library for Apple Music. First, we recommend checking out this article with steps for How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and quit the Settings. Once it’s closed, Restart your iPhone and test to see if the issues are still going on.


If they are still going on, check out this article to sign out and then Sign in with your Apple ID. This step will temporarily remove any music you’ve saved for offline listening, so you will have to redownload all the music saved for offline manually again. Then, try to go to Settings > Music and turn on Sync Library.
