Someone's using my card to buy stuff through Apple and iTunes. I called my bank and they said to contact Apple for that. Who can I talk to about this?

Do the purchases appear if you consult these Support Articles?

  1. If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
  2. See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
  3. See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If not, you should go back to your bank, and report the transactions as fraudulent.
