My Apple ID is connected to an old email, lets say emailA@apple.com. I want to switch it to my current email, emailB@apple.com, but its already associated to an (unused) Apple ID account. I gained access to the Apple ID associated with emailB@apple.com and deleted the account. Will I be able to change my account from my old email (emailA@apple.com) to my current email after that Apple account is deleted?
No, deleting an apple ID does not free up that email.
As far as I know you can't switch emails like this.
But you can try and hear with apple support if this is possible.
