Why is it not accepting to activate lost mode or even play sound on a lost phone even though it has localized it?
How are you trying to activate Lost mode? From the Find My app on another phone, or from https://icloud.com/find ?
What happens when you find the phone in the device list, click on it, and click Lost Mode?
It apparently tries to lock it and asks me for a message and phone # but in the end it resets to the beginning. I have tried many times already. Maybe the phone is out of battery?
Might be the problem.
