My iPhone 7 suddenly goes on and off , like Have to restore after doing the latest update for iOS 13.2.
Can't restore it or update it , using pressing the off bttm with low volume.
Any ideas?

If the battery's maximum capacity is below 80%, you need to replace the battery. You can go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health.
