Hi, I’m currently looking to buy a new iPad but was wondering when the new 8the generation iPad will be available in stores as shipping says it will take 3 weeks. Thank you.

You'll have to check with your local Apple Store. No one here works for Apple on this user to user only forum. You can expect delays for a few reasons.

It's a new device and demand will be high
Manufacturing is reduced due to the pandemic

Patience is what you'll need in order to get the iPad you want.
