Can I disable or erase a stolen phone that has no SIM card?
Phone was stolen during transit to repair facility. Can it be erased or disabled if it has no SIM card?
iPhone 11
Has to have a network connection.
Doesn't have to be cellular, can be wifi.

Thank you for your answer. How would I be able to tell if they connected it to Wifi? It was very damaged and would've needed extensive repairs. I guess my question might be better phrased: can Apple erase or wipe the phone with the IMEI number only? Or lock the phone so it can never be opened?
No. Nothing can be done with a damaged iPhone.
