Am I able to go restore my device on the apple store?

If you don't have a computer with iTunes so you can do this - > If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support you can make a Genius Bar appointment and have them do it. Click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start the process.

You need to connect to restore your iPhone using computer with iTunes (or with Finder on the latest Mac).
