good day. i erased data on my iphone. after that I set up the iphone as new, and entered the appstore under the old apple id. but I do not see a list of previously purchased applications, although there were many of them. Sorry for my English:)

Hi, you can check this: Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books
Please re-check if the Apple used is correct. App Store is linked to Apple ID and hence if you enter it incorrectly then you may not see all apps purchased previously.
Open App Store
Tap on your face on top right side
You will see the Apple ID to which the App Store is locked on to.
Tap on it
Sign In and change it.
I do not see a list of previously purchased applications in App Store
