I erased my iPhone XR, like new, and did not reinstall any data or Apps during the set-up process.
I only want to install a select few of my prior Apps but can’t figure where my purchase history is located so I can download the selected Apps, from that location, that I have already paid for?

The link you provided does show me my purchase history however, it does not provide downloads links to each App.
I thought at one time you could re-download a previously purchased App from this same page….
Maybe I am mistaken it’s been since I have reviewed this specific information.
Question
There were a few Apps that I paid money for when I originally purchased them through the Apple Store.
If I delete a previously purchased app from my phone ( Which is my current condition ) and downloaded again from the Apple Store do I have to pay for it again?
