Icloud storage not upgraded

I purchased 50BG icloud storage, but i still get "Icloude storage full" message. I have purchased four times but no upgrade is happening. Please assist as my account was debited 4 times as well

Upgraded my icloud storage but it hasn't taken effect and it says my storage is full. My storage was full, so I upgraded, not once but twice, and yet it keeps telling me to upgrade and says my storage is full. I don't want to do it again, because then I'll be double or triple billed. Apple is most unhelpful in these things. richardlost
