any one been able to talk to a person in the UK
No I wish to speak to some one about an email I received telling me that my purchase of a game had been approved when I had not made one. Hence my wishing to speak with some one from customer services and there is not a question on the auto reply which allows this it is all about products.
Apple doesn't send emails that games have been approved, they will send a receipt for the purchase. It sounds like you received a phishing email.
I spoke to a friend of mine in London early this morning.
I've tried the numbers for Apple but all I get is the automatic answer and the questions are unrelated to what I wish to talk about . All I want to do is to talk to a human being.
