When trying to enter a contest on HGTV website I get errors that the site doesn't know my email even though I have done it many times in the past. However when I try to enter it on my HP laptop, I don't have a problem. The same thing happens for the Travel Channel which is owned by the same company. I also tried on my IPhone and had the same problem. Anybody having this issue or know how to solve it?

Okay. Try Safari. I'm not going to sign up for HGTV myself just to test.
If you are using Safari on both devices I would try a different browser.

You don't need to be a member of the website. I have tried Safari and Firefox and my IPhone with the same result.
The site opens fine, it's only when you try to enter a contest.
Might be a server problem on their end.
