Email server closed down so apple id invalid

I had an email address with sify.com. Now, their server is closed. I was using sify.com email id as my apple id. If I send an email to my sify.com email address it is going to bounce back since server is not there at ll. Now, I want to rest my password for my iPad. I don't remember my security questions and answers. I want to completely reset my iPad. How to do?

If you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.

If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.

From the article below.

Without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account. These policies are audited and reviewed on a regular basis.

Form your Apple ID email address, get another email address, and then change the name on your Apple ID. Note the restrictions in the article.
