Apple Watch won’t pair anymore

I started updating my Apple Watch but midway my wifi went off. I tried to quit and ended up unpairing it completely and closing the Watch app. Now I try to pair again and it tell me to update first. But when I do it tells me that my watch OS is up to date.

Where do I go from here or what do I do to restore my watch?

Watch can’t Pair/Update Recently my Apple Watch series 3 unpaired from my iPhone 12. I couldn’t pair them so I had to completely reset my watch. However when I try to pair them now, it is making me install the new Watch OS. Unfortunately the update keeps pausing at the same spot and will not resume. I have restarted my phone and the update several times and it stops at the same spot every time. No luck. I would appreciate any advice, because I cannot use my watch until this is fixed. Thanks!

Apple Watch update not working I got a second hand Apple Watch. When I try to pair it. It goes into pairing mode but then tell me that an update is available So Update the Watch OS or exit the setup. If I click update it takes too long to go into another mode where it says “Cannot update the Apple Watch because you are not connected to internet”. Doesn’t matter how many times I try this, I get the same results every time. By the way I have done everything like resetting my network settings, airplane mode enable and disable basically everything. But It doesn’t connect to my Apple Watch Series 1. What should I do?

Failed Watch Update Updating software on Apple Watch, I had to factory reset. After pairing, it forces the software update and once it’s almost complete it says “unable to verify update” then says I am not connected to the internet but I am. The watch face is also stuck on the Apple logo with lines and description of watch around the lines. The voice over says that’s the sign for pairing. How do I get it to update and move on with setup?
