iOS 14 Safari tracking prevention

Does the new feature presented in iOS 14 in Safari that prevents websites from profiling and tracking you is working or it got delayed with the “Allow apps to track you” that Facebook asked Apple to delay until iOS 14.1?

Looking at this Apple resource on iOS 14 updates, there is "A Privacy Report shows cross-site trackers that are being blocked by Intelligent Tracking Prevention" feature, and here is more info:
