How can I delete a pending update in Catalina 10.15.6

I don't remember what I was installing that needed to install Command Line Tool for Xcode as prerequisite of this installation, so I follow instructions on site xcode-select --install, installed the needed software and then I came up with this annoying update from software update that can't get rid off or install it because is a beta version.

Command Line Tools beta 5 for Xcode-12.0

I already tried a lot of forums possible solutions, softwareupdate ignore no longer works (deprecated), pkgutil doesn't do much, tried to delete the /Library/Updates/ pending folder update 001-36876, no override for root/wheel.

How can I unroll this Beta. I'm not in beta program.
