Golf clash purchase not received

I did not receive my golf clash purchase even though I already got a receipt from apple

If the purchase shows as successful on the iTunes account's purchase history contact the game's developer. If they can't or won't help contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support down the page)
