Any way to export AFib notification data to send to my primary care physician?

I noticed, in the Apple Health app, an Irregular Rhythm Notification/Atrial Fibrillation that occured while I was asleep. The Apple documentation suggests notifying my doctor. There does not appear to be a way to export the data (there are 5 date/time events recorded). Is there an app that will do that, or some other method? For each event there are a lot of BPM measurements listed.
