Ok so I think my Mac is just overload and cant open anymore. I can start it and go to the page of the users but when I enter my password and click enter it shut down and restart. I dont need anything on this computer so I just need to know if I can erase everything ?

Does it boot up normally, afterward?
If it doesn't, then you have a third-party system modification installed that is causing the crash.
Yes I was able to get in then erase some application to make space and now everything is back to normal !
