Picture in Picture ios 14 pauses youtube

When i turned off Picture in Picture and play youtube premium it pauses my music. If i leave it on my YouTube works fine but i dont want the pip screen over my other apps.

YouTube stops when camera is on I used to have an android and I used to be able to record videos on my camera or Snapchat while YouTube is playing in the background (I have premium). Now when I try to do that, YouTube automatically pauses, either with Snapchat or camera. Any idea how to fix it?

Swiping lag Whenever I swipe down to put the video in small box(in youtube)mode it seems to lag quite a bit. I have an iPhone 7 plus so it’s not like it’s the phones problem. I try reinstalling YouTube and resetting and it only works for a little bit before the lag comes back. And it also happens when i swipe down a whatsapp status. thank you
