Can't add US transit card (stuck on Beijing)

I have XS Max, and used to live in China (phone bought in the US). While I was there, I was using Beijing Transit Card for convenience. Now I'm back in US, and when I try to add a transit card, it just says "Beijing Transit Card" as the only option, no choice to even add another card.

tldr; I've tried removing "Beijing Transit Card" in Wallet, but when I try adding another card it just says "Beijing Transfer Card", and doesn't allow me to add anything else, even though I am out of China.
