Horizontal faded lines Macbook Pro

About a week ago, randomly, horizontal lines appeared on the screen of my 2018 MacBook Pro 15".

These lines are more evident on the left of the screen and fade as they go to the right where they end up nearly non-existent.

I've attached a screenshot and hopefully they show up in that.

I tried the RAM resets and few other of the reset options and the lines are still here. Any ideas as to what they are?

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, ws777.

If we understand your post correctly, horizontal lines are appearing on your MacBook Pro. We’d like to help.

You mentioned that you tried some resets. Make sure you followed these steps:

How to reset the SMC of your Mac

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac

If this issue continues after those resets, let's do some testing to narrow down the issue.

Safe mode will tell us if the issue is related to a startup item or plugins, and sometimes corrects the issue. This article will tell you how: How to use safe mode on your Mac

If everything is working correctly in safe mode, but is not working when you get back to your user account, please check the section titled "If the issue doesn't continue in safe mode" for the next troubleshooting steps.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. Take care.
