Turn App Library off?
Anyway to disable the app library in ios14?
I don’t want it, my apps are already organized on my Home Screen.

The App Library is a feature only there for users who wish to use it, sadly apple has no way to disable the App Library at the minute but until a feature like this is added you can not swipe over to that screen, to get back home screens that have disappeared go into jiggle mode by holding an app down and clicking edit home screen and click the dots at the bottom of your screen and check or uncheck the home screens that you want visible.
No you can’t. It is another useless and messy stuff that apple commands you to have.

Just delete the apps in each section of the app library and they go away so you have empty screen.
That's very interesting information. Thanks for posting that.
Hi AskarWise,
I posted something (important) the other day, but then had some guy bashing me for saying anything. Ignore them. Don't respond or anything.
Blessings,

The App Library has no effect on the folders or app arrangements you already have.
This definitely did not work.

What did not work? You cannot turn off the App Library.
I absolutely agree with allowing us to hide the App Library. At the very least, let us be able to customize if we are unable to hide. It's an organizational nightmare to operate through that screen.
Agreed. Apple hoisted their own taxonomy on me and now my Home Screen is essentially the App Library with slightly different group names. Useless for me as I don’t install hundreds of apps.
Same. I REALLY want to turn it off. It’ messy to me because I organize my icons by color. Forced organization is stressing me out.
WHY SHOULD I IGNORE something I think is intrusive after I paid over a grand for buying and using it?????
There are apps I just don’t want showing when my kids or others see my phone. There should be a way of turning this off or hiding specific Apps.

Doesn't turn off the App Library page
You cannot turn off the App Library page. You can let Apple know it's something you'd like to see here:
yes, that’s the way to help Apple decide how and when to apply changes in upcoming updates.
That's because you didn't make the following change in Settings:
Settings > Home Screen
Make sure you check Add to Home Screen as opposed to App Library Only
There, simple problem solved.
I realize that there aren't two copies! It just seems that way now since the apps now appear twice.
