How do I change App Library categories? How do I move apps into the correct category?

App Library is a great concept. But that will stay a concept if we cannot change categories of application. Categories are often related to your personal use cases of an iPhone.

You can pick and choose what apps in a given category you allow. Nothing says you have to allow the entire category.

I'm unsure what's worst, the App Library or the inability to SNOOZE Big Sur calendar notifications. Why does Apple ASSUME we want these features? Why can't they give us the option to use them instead of forcing them on us. It's like, at this point, they're making changes just for the sake of it because there's not much else to do. I'm truly getting over Apple's BS.
