Bedtime On iPad (iPadOS 14)

Does anyone know what happened to the Bedtime option on the iPad? I’ve had my iPhone and iPad placed in two different parts of my bedroom, each playing the Helios tone (which is also now absent) at the same time every morning the past 6 months to reliably get me out of bed (typically one near me in bed, the other charging on the other side of the room). Now, I can’t find the Bedtime option on my iPad and I’m really worried about my wake up routine going forward (because I am not great at waking up).
