I am trying to access my message just on my tablet and they keep asking for a verification using an old number I used when I said it up I no longer have that phone number how do I access my information I have my email I have the new password but they’re asking for a verification and that’s when the old phone number comes up
You would be best advised to verify/update your AppleID account - ensuring that your secondary (recovery) email addresses and trusted phone numbers are current.
You would be best advised to ensure that you have multiple secondary email addresses - and multiple trusted telephone numbers (a mix of both fixed line and mobile/cellular numbers is advised).
