Cannot delete some mkv files in "files" program

It's important to manage your data, and we'd like to help.

Have you tried restarting your iPad to see if you're able to successfully delete the file? If not, let's go ahead and restart the iPad. This can help resolve unexpected behavior: Restart your iPad

In addition, you can move the file to another location in the Files app and see if you can delete it from there: Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
