No media or apps left to delete or uninstall on Series 3 watch but cannot install watchOS7 because I need another 1.1GB of space. What do I do?

not enough space for updates.... Watch updates won't start due to lack of space. I have the lowest setting for photos, no music and I have pretty much deleted as many apps as possible. I have powered off to reset the watch numerous times. Still nothing frees up enough space. Help, please

Unable to install WatchOS 6 due to lack of available storage I seem to be unable to install Watch OS 6 however, I only have the factory apps installed. I've removed any possible apps and reset the watch but i am still unable to install. Are there any posts floating around with this information?
