The new OS can’t install because I don’t have enough storage on my watch. How do I clear things off of it? And how do I remove unwanted apps? (I followed the instructions in the user guide, but I can’t get it to work)

To remove songs, see the "Remove music from Apple Watch" section in:

You ca also try to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
