MacBook Pro as second monitor

How do I configure my late 2015 iMac27 to use a MacBook Pro as a second monitor? I have the two devices connected with mini display port to USB-C cable.

Hi,

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014) and later iMac models can't be used as Target Display Mode displays.

Hi,

No, you can't use MacBook Pro as a Target Display Mode, it only works on several iMac models.

Thank you for the reply but I believe you have it reversed. I want to use the Macbook Pro as the second display. Is that possible?
