When re-arranging apps on my watch, I unintentionally deleted the new sleep app. Now I can’t re-add it. It doesn’t show up in the Watch app on my iPhone. When I search for it in the iPhone app, an option appears, but tapping it doesn’t do anything.
I have tried restarting both my watch and my phone.
Any other ideas?

You don't need to unpair and restore, this morning I successfully did the following
open the App Store on your iphone search for 'Apple Sleep App' and it appears in the list (weirdly not at the top?) Share the link and Message it to yourself. Then on your watch open Messages and click on the image or link to reinstall.

I had the same problem. Went to the app store on the watch itself and searched for sleep and found the apple sleep app on the list (not at the top) and installed it there directly to the watch. It restored the sleep app, which now shows up in the watch app on the phone.
Chatted with Apple Support. Had to unpair the watch and set up again as a new watch. That solved it, but obviously meant I had to set everything up again.

That didn't work for me for some reason. I also unpaired and set up the watch again. Every thing else seems to have reinstalled but sleep app.... I don't get it.
I'm trying to download for family member, by the way. Does anyone have a solution?
