Frozen watch app

My sleep watch app is frozen on the watch. If I delete it, will it also delete the app from my phone? I don’t want to lose my sleep history.

Reinstall Sleep app in WatchOS 7 I deleted the official Sleep app on my Apple Watch 6. I’d like to reinstall it but can’t find it. Other deleted apps appear in a list for easy reinstallation. There are also too many apps and options appear if you search for “sleep” on the App Store. I’ve scrolled and scrolled and still haven’t found the official Sleep app from Apple. Going to the “Sleep” settings on the Phone’s Health settings still offers “Manage Sleep On The Apple Watch” but clicking it just takes me to the watch settings where the Sleep app used to be. This leads me to believe I shouldn’t have been able to delete the app at all. I really don’t want to reset my watch to get it back given all my personalization.

Thank you, that worked, I never thought of rebooting my watch, always have with my phone. 😊
