Can’t find Sleep app to re-download?
I accidentally deleted the Sleep app that came with my Apple Watch, how do I re-download it?
Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 7
Try open iPhone > Watch app > My Watch to setup Sleep.

Re download it from the app store.

Open the App Store on your iphone search for 'Apple Sleep App' and it appears in the list,Share the link and Message it to yourself. Then on your watch open Messages and click on the image or link to reinstall.
Where do I go from there? The Sleep app isn’t listed at the bottom as an available app to install.
