How to get siri to create a calendar event which includes a time in the title?

I often like to create calendar events just before I need to be somewhere or do something, so I might create an event an hour before the event starts.

Instead of going into the Calendar app to create the event its much easier to get siri to do it. For instance you can activate Siri and say

"Create a calendar event for Tuesday at 3pm called Meeting with Derek about his mullet at 3.30"

But Siri can't handle two times like that, she will just ignore the last part and call the event 'Meeting with Derek about his mullet'

Does anyone know how I can use just one sentence to say to siri to create an event like that? I know I could just make the event at the actual time and have a second alert an hour before but again that would take an extra step which is what I'm trying to avoid I don't have time for two steps.

Thanks
