Whenever I go to download ios 14 i accept the terms and conditions and it freezes. it never updates. yet when connected to my laptop it says i have updated to ios 14. I've also been able to update my watch to watch os 7. I did have the developer beta and I have since removed it. I want to be able to update to IOS 14 please help

You can sign out of iCloud and it will work I just did it and it updating as I’m typing
It is because of a bug in the beta version. Either use your feedback tool to report it or get out of the beta program -> How to uninstall iOS beta software - Apple Support

I downloaded the beta in July, can't install the update from computer, tried restoring it did absolutely nothing. cant press agree on terms and conditions. I have had this problem for weeks and can't fix my phone please help.
Sign out of your icloud and it will allow you too press agree , then after you update to IOS 14, sign back into your icloud.

I don’t have my icloud pictures backed up if i sign out will all my pictures get deleted ?

So logging out of my iCloud it won’t do anything to like my pictures or anything
save a copy of everything it will give a option to do that
so just log out of my iCloud & it’ll work ?
why does it say please update to iOS 14 but I all ready have iOS 14 tho
